How to organize a simple project folder

A lightweight folder pattern for small projects.

1. Create one folder with the project name.
2. Add subfolders named notes, assets, drafts, exports, and archive.
3. Put current work in drafts and finished deliverables in exports.
4. Move outdated files to archive instead of deleting them immediately.
